Management and Monitoring includes:

Antivirus. All Systems will be installed with Cloud based Managed Antivirus with 24 X 7 Monitoring making sure your systems are protected from the latest threats and if something happens we are there to catch and remove it before it becomes a problem.
Hardware and Software monitoring. If your system is having an error our monitoring system will record the error and alert our technicians so the problem can be addressed before it becomes an issue causing down time.
Security patching will be managed and monitored by our technicians with 24 X 7 Monitoring. Security patching includes patches to your operating system that leave it vulnerable to attack. We will monitor when these patches are released and install them for you. Most patching will be done in the background keeping you safe without intruding on your employee’s productivity
Backup management and monitoring on the server with 24 X 7 Monitoring. Computer Backup for one server and unlimited number of Desktop computers, external hard drives and NAS devices. Anytime anywhere access to back up files from any device. Hot Metal Backup and Bare Metal restore. Advanced Scheduling and retention. 256-bit encryption. 250 GB Cloud storage. More storage is available as needed.

All Remote, Phone and In House Technical Support is Included for all covered devices and users.
